I thought I’d start a series about fertility awareness reading that includes things I’ve read or things I’m currently reading on the topic of fertility awareness.
The first book I have to mention is, of course, the beloved classic “Taking Charge of Your Fertility” by Toni Weschler. This was my first introduction to fertility awareness over 10 years ago.
The paper copy on the left is the 10th anniversary edition and this is my original copy that I first read so many years ago. I’ve since picked up a Kindle copy, shown on the right, of the 20th anniversary edition.
The book “Taking Charge of Your Fertility” (TCOYF) is a wonderfully accessible way to start your journey into fertility awareness. If you are already very “fertility aware” then reading TCOYF from the perspective of how to better explain fertility awareness to others is also a great use of this book.
